After months of ridiculous back and forth between Local 1001 and the City of Chicago they have finally agreed to pay retro on the one man truck pay as it was negotiated. We have been promised that anyone who worked a one man truck between 7/1/22 and 9/30/23 will receive the correct retro payment by this Friday July 26th.
The accounting firm that is performing the full audit of all COUPE retros is progressing and we have been told that it will be concluded before the end of August. We will keep you updated on that as we get more information.
