DSS is now accepting transfer requests for 1001 -Laborers/General Laborers,Tree Trimmers, RCCs, FSIs and Clerks.

This link can be accessed on any device with internet access (ie: desktop, tablet, laptop, mobile phone).
You will require the following:
Valid email address
Your employee ID# (found on your pay stub r you can ask your timekeeper)
Your current job title, bureau and work location
Please keep in mind, for your transfer to be considered, you must be in an active status (currently working) at the time of the transfer meeting. If you are not in active status, your transfer will not be considered.
The deadline to submit your transfer is by the end of business Friday, January 12, 2024
If you wish to retreat your transfer and you no longer wish to leave your current work location, you must submit your request in writing by Wednesday, January 10, 2024. No exceptions. Submit your transfer rescind to nadia.suarez@cityofchicago.org
