Beginning May 18, any member who has not received their ballot, or who has spoiled their ballot and needs a new one, can request one from Sherrie Voyles, the Attorney to the Judges of Election, by calling 312-327-3444.
If two or more ballots are received under the same name, the one noted as the duplicate shall be the ballot counted. Where it is not possible to determine the duplicate ballot, such ballot will be voided. The deadline for requesting duplicate ballots is June 2, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
