The City and Local 399 have come to a tentative agreement on their contract. This tentative agreement is set to be ratified by Local 399 next week. All other COUPE contracts are already ready for approval. Assuming 399 ratifies its agreement next week, and we expect it will, all of the COUPE contracts, including ours, will be on track for approval at the next City Council meeting, which occurs on September 13. We will update you with more information as it becomes available. This is great news that lets us finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
