Due to the COVID-19 Virus and its transmission via something as simple as a paper check we are encouraging members who are not on direct deposit to join.
Please make sure all the following steps below are completed. We want to limit errors made on the form that will cause Finance to reject them.
ALL BELOW ARE REQUIRED
2. Last 4 of SS# and or Employee number
3. clearly write account and routing numbers on the form
4. All direct deposit forms MUST HAVE either a voided check or a letter from the bank on letter head with the account and routing number printed on the letter.
If any of the above are not complete the form will be rejected.
